MASKED BANDITS ARE BACK !!!!!

Tip toeing quiet as a mouse, with their black masks in place, they come .....No, not outlaws, but,
RACCOONS!!!! Yes, their B-A-C-K !! While Grandma was out enjoying the cool early evening, and watering the lawn, almost brushing my leg, I thought it was Miss Katie, my cat. I started to bend down to pet her, saying "my, but your frisky tonite," and then I did a double take! It wasn't Miss Katie, it was a teen-age RACCOON!! I about died! Here I am, bare foot, with a RACCOON so close, it almost brushed my leg! Not the least bit scared, he slowly crawled up the trunk of my Maple Tree. He sat there for a minute or two, watching me water, then down the tree trunk, scampering along the lawn by the driveway, then up the Red Leaf Plum tree on the hill. I was nervous, for I knew Miss Katie was out in the back yard. I squirted him w/the hose, he turned around and looked at me w/those beady little black eyes, as if to say, "Hey, what did you do that fore?" Then down the hill, he scampered, w/me running to find Miss Katie. She was under my big tree, watching the Racoon! I hurried and took her into the house, for Racoons will fight the cats. But instead, he went to eat my Apricots! Oh, my, goodness! This was indeed a surprise! I only wish I had my camara! For this was indeed a KODACK MOMENT!
